Profile

The profile is determined by MPQH and is designed to rate the consumer’s level of independence in specific tasks of self-care. The profile provides authorization for specific personal care tasks to be completed and the number of hours and frequency per week to be provided.

    Also referred to as Medicaid Personal Assistance Services. The State Plan is a list of tasks that have been approved for Medicaid reimbursement that PCA’s may do for Consumers. Each consumer’s State Plan is developed on an individual basis by MPQH and is then referred to as the “profile”.
