Also referred to as Medicaid Personal Assistance Services. The State Plan is a list of tasks that have been approved for Medicaid reimbursement that PCA’s may do for Consumers. Each consumer’s State Plan is developed on an individual basis by MPQH and is then referred to as the “profile”.

Glossary: Community First Choice [CFC]
Community First Choice, Montana’s Medicaid state plan program that provides personal assistance services to individuals in community settings that are eligible for the supports.
Glossary: Early Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Treatment [EPSDT]
Early Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Treatment, a Montana State plan program that provides screening, diagnosis and medical treatments for children until they are twenty one years of age.
Glossary: Office of Public Assistance [OPA]
Administers State Plan Medicaid, Food Stamps and other low income benefits.
Glossary: Targeted Case Management [TCM]
a state plan service for individuals sixteen years of age or older, which provides assessment, coordination, plan development and the monitoring of services for individuals who elect this support service.
