Telecommunication Relay Services [TRS]

Also known as a Relay Service, or IP-Relay, this is an operator service that allows individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, speech-impaired, and speech-disabled to place calls to standard telephone users via TDD, TTY, personal computer or other assistive telephone device.
