Shawn Swift
Shawn Swift currently leads the talent acquisition process for executive-level positions at Huron. She has several years of experience retaining top-tier executive talent within the management consulting and professional services industries. Prior to her professional services experience, Shawn led board recruitment for the Institute for Systems Biology in Seattle, WA, identifying and cultivating high net worth individuals within the venture capital sector to invest in biotechnology and life sciences start-ups.
Outside of her career, Shawn has been a longtime advocate for people with intellectual disabilities having a child with a chromosomal neurodevelopmental disorder. She has volunteered for several organizations including TopSoccer (Seattle) and Special Olympics of Washington and Montana. An advocate for domestic violence victims as well, Shawn has served on boards of related organizations in WA and is currently on the board of The Friendship Center in Helena.
Shawn is a fifth-generation Montanan, grew up and attended schools in Helena, and is a graduate of the University of Montana. She and her husband Jeff reside in Helena with their two children.
